At the first Lions Club International Convention in 1925 their keynote speaker, Helen Keller,  championed LIONS to become Knights for the Blind.  Hearing and Deafness issues were added a few years later!

PROJECTS

The Springfield Lions Club is fortunate enough to have established fun and profitable fundraising projects through out it's 65+ years of service!

Since 1950, the Springfield Lions have been at work in this community. We serve beyond our community also by supporting the Oregon Sight and Hearing Foundation. We serve beyond Oregon by supporting Lions Club International to aid individuals in various parts of the world.
